Supporting Health & Safety during COVID-19

Updated March 19, 2020

As we continue to adapt to the ever-changing situation surrounding coronavirus (COVID-19), our top priority is the health of our patients, employees and physicians.

Here at Orange Wellness, Dr. Jeff and our entire staff would like to take a moment to recognize these uncertain times, and to remind our patients & their families that we are in this together. We recognize that there is a lot of new knowledge coming out daily to keep up with, and the changing environment of our daily routines can cause some anxiety.

All Orange Wellness locations are relying on guidance from national & local chiropractic associations, as well as the appropriate healthcare & crisis response organizations to guide our activities as we handle this situation.

Many, including the American Chiropractic Association, view chiropractic care as essential healthcare service used by patients with a wide variety of health conditions.

As a result, Orange Wellness clinics are open when and where possible, and we remain committed to delivering accessible and reliable chiropractic services within our local communities. We recognize that others will continue to have health care issues that can be met by chiropractic treatment, and we feel a duty to our patients and a dedication to their well-being.

We follow closely all updates to the guidelines and standards developed by the World Health Organization (WHO), the U.S. Centers for Disease and Prevention of Diseases (CDC), and agencies of state and local health. We pledge to communicate if we need to change our position as the circumstances of COVID-19 grow.

How we're responding

We have introduced improved sanitation practices, monitoring and service protocols as a precautionary measure and are implementing clinical guidelines recommended by health care associations and leading authorities in the chiropractic profession.

We urge patients to follow CDC guidelines, and if you feel unwell, please take action to protect others and remain at home. To date, daily hygienic steps are the best practices recommended for virus prevention.
